Race-day registration begins at 6:45am at the Monett Area YMCA.

General Race Information

RACE DAY

The race will be held on Saturday September 12th, 2009 rain or shine. The 5K, 10K and one mile walk begin at 8:30 am.

COST

5K | 10K — $15 pre-register
5K | 10K — $20 day of race
One mile walk $5 (shirt not included)

THE COURSE

A map of the route is available on our site. Chip Timing and Certified course provided by Ozark Racing Systems.

PACKET PICK-UP
Race day from 6:45-8:15 am.

T-SHIRTS

All 5K and 10K participants who pre-register will receive a t-shirt on the day of the race. T-shirts are Jerzees, Move brand, Moisture Management with odor control t-shirts, sizes Small to Extra Large.

POST RACE
Stay for food, fun and music.

Child Care

Child care will be available to those who pre-register. Please contact us or put it on your race registration. Indicate the number of children that will be needing care and their ages.

Prizes

2009 Race winners received

  • $500 Savings bond for the first male and female overall winner in the 5K provided by UMB. (1 each)
  • $500 Savings bond for the first male and female overall winner in the 10K provided by First State Bank. (1 each)
  • Special designed medals for first, second and third place in age divisions, male and female.

2009 drawings were

  • 2 round trip plane tickets for the continental US provided by NWA.
  • T-shirts, water bottles, and many more fun prizes!
